About this system

This system is designed for the notification procedures, such as submitting an implementation plan to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW),
in accordance with the provisions of the “Clinical Trials Act” and the “Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine”.
Furthermore, based on the standards for clinical trials stipulated by these acts,
the MHLW discloses information required by the WHO for publication, as well as information that enhances
transparency in the clinical trials process and enables citizens to make informed choices about participating in clinical trials.
