1. 被験者用の同意説明文書を読み、これについて説明を受け、これを理解し、本人の自由意思によって治験への参加を同意できる者 2. 被験者となる者の代諾者が代諾者用の同意説明文書を読み、これについて説明を受け、これを理解し、同意書に自署する者 3. 代諾者と共に、試験の性質を十分に理解し、遵守事項に従う意思のある者 4. 代諾者と共に、追跡検査スケジュールに従う等、治験計画に対して自発的に協力する意思のある者 5. 無作為割付により割り付けられることについて合意できる者 6. 治験期間中、治験レンズを1日10時間以上、週に6日以上装用することについて従う意思のある者。また、この装用スケジュールを中断した際、これを治験担当医師に報告することについて合意できる者 7. 良好な視力が得られる眼鏡を所持している者又は治験レンズの装用開始時までに作成することができる者 8. 被験者となる者及び代諾者が知る限りにおいて、全般的に健康状態が良好である者 9. いずれの眼においても、BCVAにおいて+0.10 logMAR以上の視力が得られる者 10. スクリーニング検査時の調節麻痺下オートレフラクトメーターを使用した屈折検査において、等価球面度数が-0.75~-4.00D、円柱度数が-0.75D以下であり、左右の等価球面屈折度数の差が1.00D未満である者 |
1. Subject who have read the informed assent form (IAF) for participation in the study, received an explanation of the IAF, understood the IAF, and can voluntarily consent to participate in the study. 2. The subject's legally acceptable representative has read the informed consent form (ICF), received and explanation of the ICF, understood the ICF, and can sign the ICF. 3. Subjects who understand the nature of the study and are willing to comply with the requirements, along with their legally acceptable representative. 4. Subjects who are willing to cooperate voluntarily with the study plan, such as following the follow-up schedule, along with their legally acceptable representative. 5. Subjects who can agree to be randomized. 6. Subjects who are willing to wear the study lens for 10 hours a day for at least 6 days a week during the study period. In addition, those who can agree to inform the investigator if this wearing schedule is suspended. 7. Subjects who have glasses with good vision available for use or will have glasses when they start to wear the study lenses. 8. Subjects who are generally in good health based on his/her and legally acceptable representative's knowledge. 9. Subjects who have a best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of +0.10 logMAR or more in each eye. 10. Subjects whose spherical equivalent power is -0.75 to -4.00D and cylindrical diopter is -0.75D or less and the difference in refractive power between right and left eyes is less than 1.00D in the cycloplegic refraction test using an autorefractometer at the initial visit. |

1. 衛生習慣が良好でないと考えられる者 2. 治験期間中、他の臨床試験(治験)に参加している、又は30日以内に参加していた者 3. 代諾者が治験担当医師を含む治験実施医療機関の職員である者 4. オルソケラトロジーレンズを含むハードコンタクトレンズ(酸素透過性ハードコンタクトレンズを含む)装用経験者 5. 現在、二重焦点、累進加入レンズ、アトロピン等のあらゆる近視進行抑制治療を受けている者、又は以前に受けていた者 6. 人工涙液を含む眼科用外用薬(処方薬/市販薬)を常用している者 7. 角膜の知覚鈍麻(角膜知覚の減退)、角膜潰瘍、角膜浸潤、感染性の眼炎症、又はその他の再発性の眼炎症の既往がある者 8. 斜視と診断される者 9. 眼又は全身性疾患が分かっている者。前部ブドウ膜炎、虹彩炎、上強膜炎、強膜炎、緑内障、シェーグレン症候群、全身性エリテマトーデス、強皮症、糖尿病が挙げられるが、これらに限定されるものではない。 10. 円錐角膜又は角膜形状に異常がある者 11. 本治験に参加することが当該患者の最善の利益ではないと治験担当医師が判断する場合 |
1. Subjects who appears to have poor hygiene habits. 2. Subjects who are participating or have participated in another clinical study (clinical trial) within 30 days prior to this study. 3. The subject's legally acceptable representative is an employee including investigator at the medical institution of this study. 4. Subjects who have previously worn HCL (RGP lenses), including orthokeratology lenses. 5. Subjects who are currently receiving or have previously received any myopia control treatment such as bifocal/progressive contact lenses or atropine. 6. Subjects who regularly use ocular medications, including artificial tears (prescription or over-the-counter drugs). 7. Subjects with a history of corneal hypoesthesia (reduced corneal sensitivity), corneal ulcer, corneal infiltrates, infectious ocular inflammation, or other recurrent ocular inflammation. 8. Subjects diagnosed with strabismus. 9. Subjects with known ocular or systemic disease, such as, but not limited to, anterior uveitis, iritis, episcleritis, scleritis, glaucoma, Sjogren's syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma or diabetes mellitus. 10. Subjects with keratoconus or an irregular cornea. 11. An investigator considers that it is not in the best interest of the subject to participate in the study. |

被験者を被験群又は対照群のいずれかに無作為に割り付けた後、割付結果に従い該当する2種類の1日使い捨てコンタクトレンズの一方を処方する。被験者は治験レンズを24ヵ月間装用する。 | Enrolled subjects will be randomly assigned to either the test lens group or the control lens group, and either of daily disposal lenses will be prescribed according to the assignment results. Subjects will wear study lenses for 24 months. | |
