1) 同意取得時の年齢が4歳から10歳であり、ASDの診断がある子どもの親 2) 3ヶ月以上の期間において1週間のうち3晩以上、入眠潜時が30分以上かかると報告された子どもの親 3) 子供の睡眠習慣質問票 日本語版(CSHQ-J)の得点がカットオフ値(41点)以上の子どもの親 4) 向精神薬による治療がないか、投薬治療中である者のうち30日以上薬剤の変更がない子どもの親 5) 新版K式発達検査、田中ビネー知能検査、WISC等による発達指数もしくは知能指数が得られている子どもの親 6) 遠隔プログラムを受けるためのアプリケーションを活用できる者 7) 遠隔プログラムを受けるための通信環境を準備できる者 8) プログラム実施期間中、毎日睡眠日誌を記入する意思のある者 |
1) Parents of children between the ages of 4 and 10 years at the time consent is obtained and who have a diagnosis of ASD 2) Parents of children who reported sleep onset latency of 30 minutes or longer for at least 3 nights per week for a period of at least 3 months. 3) Parents of children whose scores on the Japanese version of the Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ-J) are above the cut-off value (41 points). 4) Parents of children who have not been treated with psychotropic drugs or who are on medication and have not changed their medication for more than 30 days 5) Parents of children with a developmental index or intelligence quotient obtained by the new K-type developmental test, Tanaka-Binay Intelligence Test, WISC, etc. 6) Who can utilize the application to receive the distance program 7) Who can prepare the communication environment for the distance program 8) Those who are willing to fill out a daily sleep diary during the program implementation period. |

本研究で実施するプログラムは,予習動画、セッション(講義・グループワーク)、ホームワークから構成される。予習動画は各回の1週間前から配信される1~2本の各10分間程度である。セッションは10分の講義と40分のグループワークからなり、第1回および第2回は2週間に1度、第3回以降は1週間に1度、各回60分間が固定の曜日に8回開催される。プログラム終了12週間後にフォローアップ会を1回120分実施する。セッションはインターネットを介したビデオ通話アプリケーションであるZoomを利用して実施する。セッションの進行や説明などは研究分担者が行う。プログラムの期間中,研究対象者は任意で指定されたホームワークを実施する。 | The program implemented in this study consists of preparatory videos, sessions (lectures and group work), and homework. preparatory videos are one or two videos of about 10 minutes each that are distributed one week before each session. Sessions consist of a 10-minute lecture and 40-minute group work, with the first and second sessions held once every two weeks, and the third and subsequent sessions held once a week, for 60 minutes each, on 8 fixed days. 12 weeks after the end of the program, a follow-up session is held for 120 minutes. Sessions will be conducted via Zoom, a video call application over the Internet. The sessions will be facilitated and explained by the principal investigator. During the duration of the program, the research subjects will conduct homework as assigned on a voluntary basis. |
