Intervention(s)
The research intervention consisted of (1) collection of basic information, (2) static stretching of three muscles (pectoralis major, hamstrings, and gastrocnemius) plus "pushing" stimulation under various conditions, and (3) evaluation of changes in muscles before and after stimulation under various conditions using ultrasound imaging equipment.
