Nurses who participated in a educational program conducted at four hospitals affiliated with the medical school will paeticipate in training programs designed by certified dementia nurses and gerontological nurse specialists based on the participant's clinical practice competencies,"ethical issues", "physical restraints", and communication necessary for dementia nursing" , and taxonomy of educational goals. The participants are asked to complete the same self-administered evaluation form before, after the lecture, and after participating in the program, and the results will be used as data.
The evaluation was based on the three areas of taxionomy of educational objectives regarding decision support, ethical issues, physical restraints, and communication necessary for dementia nursing.
Survey the structure of the educational progrum, the adequacy ofthe instructors, the practicability of the participants, and their overall satisfaction with the training using a 5 point questionnaire.
